There can be many reasons for refusing an item for collection and we apologise if we have to refuse your item but we are bound by a set of strict guidleines to ensure that items meet a set standard when passed on to other people. Hopefully our team will explain why an item was refused at the time of collection.
We endeavour to contact all customers by 5pm (usually a text message or phone call if a landline) the previous day to let you know if your collection is going to be an am or pm slot, however on occasion we may not get the driver’s route till the next morning in which case we will contact you by 9:30am. If you have not heard by this time please call us on 01592 654546. We can’t give an exact time but if you not going to be in at a certain time please let us know and we can let the team know.
Option 1 – To arrange a collection or any other general enquires (if you are unsure of which option to call use this and we can pass you on if needed) Only available Monday to Friday 9am to 4:45pm
Option 2 – To speak to us about anything related to a Goodwill request or Scottish Welfare order only available Monday to Friday 9am to 4:45pm
Option 3 – Then option 1 for Dysart Sales or option 2 for Dunfermline sales use these to check our stock or pay for items or to speak to our sales staff only available Monday to Saturday 9am to 4.45pm
Please be aware we have limited staff and volunteers and we can’t always answer the phone but if you leave a message we will get back to you when we can. However please note that any message left after 5pm will not be responded to till after 9am the next day and any messages left after 5pm on Friday we won’t be able to reply till after 9am on Monday.
We do provide a house clearance service where we can clear the property regardless of condition of the items, this is a chargeable service. We will send somebody out to view the property and then provide you with a quote if you are happy with the quote we will arrange a suitable date to clear the property.
