This week it's Volunteers' Week Scotland 2020 and we wanted to take the chance to say a huge thanks to all of our volunteers from over the almost 20 years we have been around. We have had a great number of fantastic people come through our doors to offer their skills and time in order to help us build a better community together. Without their hard work and selfless attitude we simply wouldn't be where we are now. So thank you to each and every one of our past, present and of course future volunteers!
While we are in uncertain times and currently aren't able to accept any volunteering applications we will be on the look out for you when things start to return to normality. So if you or someone you know has an itch to get out there and help their local community, keep an eye on our social media as we will be searching for volunteers soon!
In the meantime you can still get involved with Volunteers' Week Scotland by thanking volunteers across the country. Get involved by sharing a thank you in whatever way you can. Find out more information about the Volunteers Week Scotland 2020 campaign on their website at - volunteersweek.scot
While our dedicated team continue to make deliveries throughout Fife to folks in desperate need this week, we are still operating in a limited fashion in order to keep our staff and the public at large safe. We are not able to carry out all of our usual work at this time. We are working towards enhancing this new website and you will already see it has had a bit of a redesign. There will be more changes to come.
We hope to make it much easier for people to access our services across the board and be more informative about the good work we carry out in your local community. The website is just one part of this larger plan and we are very excited to share what we have done thus far.
We would really value and feedback you might have and would encourage you to pop us a message via our email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We appreciate your patience as we work to bring our services back when is safe and appropriate to do so and as ever we hope you are all staying safe and well.
In the meantime, stay well everyone and we look forward to continuing to help the community in lots of ways you do not always see.
