We endeavour to contact all customers by 5pm (usually a text message or phone call if a landline) the previous day to let you know if your collection is going to be an am or pm slot, however on occasion we may not get the driver’s route till the next morning in which case we will contact you by 9:30am. If you have not heard by this time please call us on 01592 654546. We can’t give an exact time but if you not going to be in at a certain time please let us know and we can let the team know.
