Furniture Plus – Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 30 days to request a return from the date that you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. As soon as we have inspected the item we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you original method of payment.
If your item is faulty please request a return for the item as soon as you notice the fault. We will inspect the item to confirm and diagnose the fault and if we confirm the item is faulty you have the right to request a repair if possible or a refund.
