We aim to respond to any new referral within 72 hours where possible. All items are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee to award all requested items for every referral as demand for our Goodwill service can change drastically throughout the year.

Please provide a brief description of the clients’ current circumstances. Provide as much detail as you can with regards to their specific needs as a result of their circumstances.
Although it does not mean we cannot help, we do ask if your client can first apply to the Scottish Welfare Fund for a Community Care Grant to help with their situation before applying with us. This is due to us wanting to help those who have already been refused support by the government.

Please note, we cannot guarantee to help with everything you request. Our goodwill fund has a lot of ground to cover with ever increasing referrals coming through to us and we need to spread our support as fairly as we can.
